  • Registration for the Friendship Dinner and/or Gala Dinner for those who are not already attending the IWNZ Conference.

FEES

Member Registration fee (includes full programme and gala dinner) - $290.00

Partner Registration fee (includes Friday evening opening, gala dinner and Sunday morning session) - $190.00

Optional events for Members (at additional cost, pre-payment required for most events):

  • Friendship Dinner (Thursday, May 4th, 6.30pm) at The Wellington Club, partners welcome (includes glass of wine, main and petit fours) - $50 pp 
  • Past & Present National Presidents / NGB Members / District Chairmen (Friday, May 5th, 12.00 noon) at The Thistle Inn - $35 pp

  • Golf Day (Friday 5th May @10am) at the Shandon Golf Club, Petone (more information), costs are as follows and payment is on the day at the club:

    • $20 green fees for 18 holes
    • $30 Club and Trundler Hire
    • $10 Trundler Hire
    • $40 Cart Hire

      Optional events for Partners (at additional cost, pay on the day):

      • Golf Day (Friday 5th May @10am) at the Shandon Golf Club, Petone (more information), costs are as follows:
        • $20 green fees for 18 holes
        • $30 Club and Trundler Hire
        • $10 Trundler Hire
        • $40 Cart Hire
      • Dark History Tour (Saturday, 10am -2pm, more information) - $90 pp
      • Kapiti Museums (Saturday 10am-4pm approx., Tramway Museum info, Southwards Car Museum info) - approx. $27.00-$43.50 pp, lunch at extra cost

      Notes on fees

      • Early Bird Registrations received by 5 February 2023 will go in the draw for the Early Bird prize (Member registration fee of $290)
      • Registration closes 5 April 2023.
      • Cancellations and refunds: Full refunds will be issued for cancellations up to and including 5 April 2023. After this date, refunds will be at the discretion of the Conference Committee. No refunds will be issued within 5 days of the Conference, as venue numbers will be confirmed and charged.
