• Volunteering with a local preschool music group.
• Donating food to and supporting Nourished for Nil.
• Donating Easter eggs for children in hospital through StarLight.
• Making and delivering meals and donating fruit, baking and clothing to assist with the Cyclone Gabrielle relief efforts.
• Donating food and clothes to the Red Cross for the victims of Cyclone Gabrielle.
• Knitting singlets and beanies and donating children's books for the District NZ294 Refugee Appeal.
• Collecting toiletries for Emerge and Grandparents raising grandchildren 
• Collecting toiletries, shoes and clothing for the local Women's Refuge.
• Organizing a community Christmas lunch for the local community.
• Making crocheted blankets for Cosy Kids.
• Organizing raffle fundraisers for Look Good Feel Better and the Prostate Cancer Foundation.
• Hosting coffee morning and Bring & Buy fundraisers for Dry July.
• Supporting the Cyclone Gabrielle IWNZ Appeal, the Federated Farmers Cyclone Gabrielle Fencing Appeal and Look Good Feel Better.
