Registration Information
Early-bird Registrations received by 30 November 2024 go into a draw for $295 refund of Registration.
Late Registrations received after 1 February 2025 will incur an additional late fee of $40 per person.
Closing Date for Registrations is 28 February 2025.
Cancellations: Refunds less an 25% admin fee will be given up to 1 February 2025. After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Conference Committee.
