Registration Information
Members - $295
Partners - $295
- Earlybird Registrations received by 30 November 2024 go into the draw for $295 refund of Registration.
- Late Registrations received after 1 February 2025 will incur an additional late fee of $40 per person.
- Closing Date for Registrations is 28 February 2025.
- Cancellations: Refunds less an 25% admin fee will be given up to 1 February 2025. After this date refunds will be at the discretion of the Conference Committee.

Travel Arrangements
If you require a pick-up on arrival or a drop-off for your departure, please indicate this in the registration form. Pick-ups are only available for arrivals on Thursday or Friday and drop-offs are only available for departures on Sunday or Monday.
Please note there will be a small charge associated with transport.
Booking are essential. Once registrations have closed, we will contact you for your travel details.

Destination Marlborough has organized special rates on accommodation in Blenheim for the IWNZ Conference, you can find them in the document link below. We encourage you to book a few days on either side of the Conference dates so as to be able to enjoy what Marlborough has to offer outside the Conference. The Scenic Hotel is already fully booked for the dates of the Conference, so we suggest booking your accommodation as early as possible. |
